Not even winter-like weather at Shea Stadium could dampen the spirits of the soccer teams playing in the Danny Dahlquist Memorial Game on Saturday. The Braves survived the 90-minute scrimmage against Michigan State, beating the Spartans 1-0 in  near-freezing temperatures, high winds, sleet and even a few snowflakes. “Bad weather, great event,” Bradley coach  Jim DeRose said. “But we’re an outdoor sport. Shot’s from walking around the fairgrounds this past weekend at The 89th annual Marshall-Putnam Fair. It brought back fond memories from when I was youngster. There were numerous things to see including Ag Displays, Antique Farm Equipment, Entertainment, Culinary & Textile Exhibits, Stump Carving, Livestock Judging and much more. I took a few snaps while walking around prior to photographing the America’s Pull Truck & Tractor Champions Tour.
